NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements and following careful
consideration including the need for rotation of external auditors, the Board of Directors of Precinct
Funding 2 (RF) Limited (the 'Company') wishes to inform the Company’s Bondholders of the
appointment of Ernst and Young Incorporated ('Ernst & Young') as the external auditors effective 10
May 2019, and the simultaneous termination of services of Deloitte as external auditors. The lead
audit partner from Ernst & Young will be Ms Arina De Vos. Ernst & Young will commence their
appointment with responsibility for the December 2019 audit.
