was stated that the JSE Limited has granted formal approval of the Us Plus Limited
ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme on the Interest Rate Market with
effect from 6 April 20020 and that the Programme Memorandum is available for viewing or
download from the following website:
https://www.usplus.world/bond-issuance/.


It is hereby advised that the audited annual financial statements of UsPlus for the year ended
29 February 2020, including the amended supplementary information thereto and the unqualified
audit report of PKF Octagon Incorporated, UsPlus’ registered auditors, are available for
