RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

In terms of rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, Accéntuate Shareholders (“Shareholders”)
are advised that that Mr Fred Platt has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, effective 31 August
2020.


During Mr Fred Platt’s 6-month notice period, he will work closely with Dr Donald Platt who will
be appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Accéntuate, effective 1 September 2020.


Dr Platt joined the Group in 2004 when he was appointed as Managing Director of Floorworx
Africa (Pty) Ltd, the Group’s biggest wholly owned subsidiary. He has Degrees in Business
Administration and PhD in Management.


The Board would like to thank Mr Platt for his contributions to the Group and his commitment to
assist during his 6-months’ notice period.
