In accordance with section 2.6 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, debt holders are
advised of the termination of Absa Bank Limited as Debt Sponsor to Barloworld with effect from
31 December 2019.

Furthermore, Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking, a division of Nedbank Limited, has been
appointed as Barloworld’s Debt Sponsor with effect from 1 January 2020.
