Proprietary Limited (formerly Grindrod Index Tracker Managers Proprietary Limited)(“the Manager”)

DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2015. The distribution of 18.18787 cents per PrefTrax Security will be comprised as
follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          14.76793 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        2.21519 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                12.55274 cents


 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                         3.26449 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                        0.48967 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 2.77482 cents

 Interest                                                                               0.15545 cents

The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
3 July 2015 and will be paid on 21 July 2015.
