FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE SCHEMES OF ARRANGEMENT 
IN TERMS OF SECTION 114 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

Shareholders of Dorbyl are referred to the announcement published 
on SENS on Friday, 23 May 2014 and in the press on Monday, 26 May 
2014 regarding the results of the Scheme Meetings and are hereby 
advised that all outstanding conditions precedent in relation to 
the Schemes have been fulfilled.

As detailed in the circular sent to Dorbyl shareholders on Thursday, 
17 April 2014, the salient dates and times relating to the Schemes 
remain the same and are as follows:
