Shareholders are advised that the Wits Gold annual report, which
contains the annual financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2012, will be posted to shareholders today, 28 May 2013 and
will be available on the Company’s website from 28 May 2013. The
report contains no modifications to the summarised provisional
audited results which were published on 25 March 2013.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 10th Annual General Meeting of the
shareholders of the Company will be held at the offices of Macquarie
First South Capital, The Place, South Building, 1 Sandton Drive,
Sandton, Johannesburg, South Africa on Wednesday 26 June 2013 at
15h00, to transact the business as stated in the Notice of the
Annual General Meeting included as part of the annual report
released today.
