Notice is hereby given that the twenty fifth annual general
meeting of RMB Holdings shareholders will be held in the executive
boardroom, 3rd floor, 2 Merchant Place, corner Fredman Drive and
Rivonia Road, Sandton on Friday, 23 November 2012 at 09h00 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting
notice forming part of the annual integrated report.
