ADDITIONAL LISTING
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and The London Stock Exchange for a listing of
2,500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have been allotted following the
exercise of 2,500,000 options at 6.5p per share.
It is expected that admission will occur on 16 October 2012.
The total number of shares in issue following the issue of the 2,500,000 ordinary shares is 1,597,278,988 ordinary
shares with nominal value of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
Following admission, the above figure of 1,597,278,988 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the
Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority’s
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
