Results of the annual general meeting of Mvela Group Shareholders               
At the thirteenth annual general meeting held at 11:00 on Monday 10 November    
2008, ordinary resolutions 1 and 3 were withdrawn prior to the meeting and the  
requisite majority of shareholders passed all the other ordinary resolutions.   
The special resolution, as set out in the notice of meeting dated 26 August     
2008, was passed by the requisite majority.                                     
The special resolution will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual       
Property Registration Office for registration.
