Subject: Change of release date of consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023
The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that the
release date of the Company’s a consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2023 ended 31
March 2023, scheduled for 18 May 2023 (as announced in the current report No. 3/2023 dated 31
January 2023), is changed to 26 May 2023.
Simultaneously, following the regulations of §62 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers
of 29 March 2018 concerning the submission of current periodical information by the securities’ issuers
and also the conditions of recognizing as equal the information demanded by the national lawful
regulation of a country which does not hold the membership in European Union, Company informs that
it is its intention to present in the consolidated quarterly reports in 2023 standalone financial statements
as referred to in § 62 item 1 of the Decree.
The other release dates of interim reports in 2023 remain unchanged.
Legal basis: Art. 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current
and periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions of recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
