REDEMPTION OF ASN417 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT

In terms of paragraphs 27(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 21 February 2023
was greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption
and termination.

Accordingly the ASN417 will be will be suspended from trading on Wednesday, 08 March 2023. ASN417 will redeem
and automatically terminate with effect from Tuesday, 14 March 2023.
