Shareholders are advised that the Group’s Annual Financial Statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 30 June
2022, together with the 2022 Integrated Report, will be available on the Group’s website
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-relations/financial-results on Wednesday, 14 September
2022.

The AFS contain no changes to the summarised audited consolidated financial results released on the Stock
Exchange News Service on the same date, 14 September 2022.

The AFS have been audited by the Group’s auditors, Ernst & Young Inc., and their unqualified audit report is
available for inspection at the registered offices of Momentum Metropolitan together with the AFS identified in
the audit opinion.
