announcement in respect of the distribution of a circular to shareholders relating to the
transformative B-BBEE ownership transaction named Old Mutual Bula Tsela, seSotho for “open or
pave the way” (“Transaction”), containing a notice of a general meeting of shareholders to be held by
electronic participation only at 10:00 (South African Standard Time) on Friday, 12 August 2022.

Old Mutual is the guarantor of OMLACSA OML11, OML12, OML13 and OML14 debt instruments.
