CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – EXPIRY OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of KOBWA (“the Board”) hereby notifies Noteholders that the employment contract of Mr
Collin Zwane as Chief Executive Officer of KOBWA expired on 30 June 2022.

The Board would like to thank Mr Zwane for his contribution to KOBWA since his appointment and
wishes him well in all his future endeavours.

Noteholders are advised that KOBWA has commenced the process of recruiting for a new Chief
Executive Officer. This process will be completed in due course and in compliance with KOBWA’s
recruitment processes for such a position. Details of the appointment will be communicated to
Noteholders in due course.

Until such time that the appointment of the new Chief Executive Officer has been concluded, KOBWA’s
Corporate Services Director (CSD), Ms Mangcamane Maseko, will assume the position of acting Chief
Executive Officer.
