CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Debtholders are advised that Old Mutual Insure has appointed Ernst and Young
Incorporated (“EY”) as the external auditor of the Company.


EY will replace KPMG Incorporated (“KPMG”), who are required to rotate as external auditor
due to mandatory audit firm rotation requirements with immediate effect.
