Declaration of interest payment number 5
Notice is hereby given that interest payment number 5 has been declared from income reserves
for the period 01 November 2020 to and including 31 October 2021, amounting to a gross interest
of 0.01259 USD per note, converted to 0.18901 ZAR (using a ZAR/USD exchange rate of 15.0127
cents per note as at 12 October 2021), payable to the holders of the Notes as recorded in the
books of Investec Bank Limited (“the Company”) at the close of business on Friday,
29 October 2021.
