CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT TRADING HALT ON ASX

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Renergen Limited (ASX: RLT) requests the
granting of a trading halt in its securities, from 23 June 2021 to 24 June 2021, pending an
announcement relating to the Company entering a Capital Raise. The Company is raising
the proceeds for the completion of the Phase 2 studies of the Virginia Gas Project, build up
additional financial resources following delays suffered last year as a result of the wide-scale
lock-downs and to bolster the already successful drilling campaign. The trading halt is
necessary to ensure the market is informed.

The Company anticipates making the above noted announcement prior to the commencement
of trading on 25 June 2021. The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of
commencement of trading on 25 June 2021 or when the announcement referenced above is
made.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any
other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until the abovementioned announcement is made.
