NOTIFICATION OF THE DEATH OF A DIRECTOR

It is with great sadness that iNguza board of directors informs note holders, in accordance with
paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, of the untimely passing of Jack Trevena, the
Chairperson of the iNguza board of directors (the “Board”) and Audit Committee member,
on 25 February 2021.

On behalf of the Board we express our sincere condolences to Jack's family in this difficult time.

Jack joined the Board as an independent non-executive director on 01 March 2012 and during his
tenure brought strong leadership and wise counsel to the Issuer.

Ms Olivia Ferreira will temporarily assume the role of chairperson of the Board until a formal
appointment is made and note holders will be advised of the new appointment in due course.
