UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS AND CASH
DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue increased by 2.5% to R282 million, from R275 million in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Headline earnings per share increased by 19.5% to 30.6 cents per share, from 25.6 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share increased by 21.9% to 30.6 cents per share, from 25.1 cents per share
     in the prior corresponding period.

2.   DIVIDEND

     In line with the Group’s dividend policy, the directors have resolved to declare a final gross
     dividend of 10.0 cents per share (2020: 8.0 cents) per share in respect of the period ended
     31 December 2020.

     The dividend has been declared from income reserves. A South African dividend
     withholding tax of 20% will be applicable to all shareholders who are not exempt or entitled
     to a reduced rate in terms of the applicable double- tax agreement. The interim net
     ordinary dividend is 8.0 cents per share for ordinary shareholders. The issued share
     capital at the declaration date is 96 718 328 ordinary shares. The income tax number of
     the company is: 941 937 8840

     The salient dates for the dividend will be as follows:
     • Declaration date:                                       Friday, 5 March 2021
     • Last day of trade to receive a dividend:                Monday, 29 March 2021
     • Shares commence trading “ex” dividend:                  Tuesday, 30 March 2021
     • Record date:                                            Thursday, 1 April 2021
     • Payment date:                                           Tuesday, 6 April 2021

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between 30 March 2021 and 1
April 2021, both days inclusive.
