TRP 121: NOTIFICATION OF A DECREASE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Companies Act"), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that RH Bophelo has received notification from the Public Investment
Corporation SOC (“PIC”) that, as a result of the increase in the number of RH Bophelo Limited’s A shares
in issue following the acquisition by RH Bophelo of all Rondebosch Medical Centre Proprietary Limited,
PIC's total beneficial interest (on behalf of its clients) has decreased to 69.224% of RH Bophelo's total
issued A shares.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, RH Bophelo has filed the required notices
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
