SECONDARY LISTING ON A2X

Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited (“MMH”) is pleased to advise shareholders
that its ordinary shares have been approved in the list of qualifying equity
securities and will commence trading on A2X with effect from 5 August 2020 (“A2X
listing date”).


MMH will retain its listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) and the
Namibian Stock Exchange (“NSX”) and its issued share capital will be unaffected
by the listing on A2X. The Company’s ordinary shares will be available to be
traded on the JSE, NSX and A2X from the A2X listing date.


A2X is a licensed stock exchange authorised to provide a secondary listing venue
for companies and is regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and
Prudential Authority, South African Reserve Bank in South Africa in terms of
the Financial Markets Act 19 of 2012.
