SUSPENSION OF LISTING

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that, the abovementioned company has failed
to comply with the JSE's Listings Requirements by not submitting their provisional report within the three-
month period stipulated in the Listings Requirements. Accordingly, the listing of their securities has been
suspended with immediate effect.
