RESULTS OF RESOLUTIONS PASSED BY HOSPITALITY SHAREHOLDERS IN TERMS OF SECTION 60 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 2008 (“ACT”)
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 9 March 2017 regarding the submission to
shareholders of a special resolution approving the increase of the authorised share capital and a special resolution in
terms of section 41(3) of the Act authorising the Company to issue 30% or more of the Company’s ordinary shares
(collectively, “the resolutions”) in terms of section 60 of the Act.
Shareholders are advised that the resolutions were approved and adopted by the Company in terms of section 60(2) of
the Act. The voting results were as follows:
