Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 October 2013 wherein
shareholders were advised of the allotments to be made to the participating executives following the
achievement of profit warranties pursuant to the 2008 Acquisition Agreement, subsequent to the
acquisition by AfroCentric of Lethimvula Investments Limited (“the Acquisition”), now known as
AfroCentric Health (Pty) Limited.

Further to the allotments on 14 November 2013 and announced on SENS on 15 November 2013, in
compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
shareholders are hereby advised of the following additional dealings in securities of AfroCentric which
are also pursuant to the Acquisition:
