Results of Annual General Meeting


Shareholders are hereby advised that at the Annual General Meeting of Central Rand Gold held at
11:00am on Friday, 12 August 2016 (UK time), all resolutions put to the meeting were passed by
shareholders on a poll.

The proxy votes cast before the meeting in respect of the individual resolutions were as follows:
