DISCLOSURE OF THE ACQUISITION AND DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122 (3)(b) of the Companies Act
No. 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has been notified of the
following movements in securities of the Company:

Newdel Holdings Limited (“Newdel”) has, in aggregate,
acquired an interest in the securities of the Company, such
that the total interest in the securities of the Company held
by Newdel amounts to 7.42% of the total issued share capital
of the Company.

Westglamry Limited (“Westglamry”) has, in aggregate, acquired
an interest in the securities of the Company, such that the
total interest in the securities of the Company held by
Westglamry amounts to 19.60% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.

Gairloch Limited (“Gairloch”) has, in aggregate, disposed of
their interest in the securities of the Company, such that
the total interest in the securities of the Company held by
Gairloch amounts to 0.00% of the total issued share capital
of the Company.
