 Notice of change to the board of directors



In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, notice is hereby
given that Messrs Christopher Dhlamini and Joseph Mokgokong have been appointed to the
board of directors of SACMH with immediate effect to fill vacancies on the board.

Messrs Dhlamini and Mokgokong have been appointed as independent non-executive directors
on the board.

Mr Dhlamini is a Chartered Accountant with 30 years experience auditing public entities in African
Countries and served as consultant, director and audit committees on local and governmental
entities in South Africa.

Mr Mokgokong is a Mechanical Engineer and has in excess of 30 years experience as a project
director of a wide variety of structures from multi storey buildings to road structures in Southern
Africa.

The board of SACMH welcomes both Messrs Dhlamini and Mokgokong to the board and look
forward to a long and valued working relationship and the valuable contributions which they will
make to the company.
