Index rebalance announcement


Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with clauses 3 and 5 of the BGreen ETF Supplemental
Deed, the quarterly index rebalancing and review of the portfolio has resulted in the following changes
to the Nedbank Green Index (a custom index calculated independently by Riscura Analytics) (“the
index”).


There have been no changes to the index constituents and the weights of all the constituents have
been rebalanced to the original target weights as determined at the annual index review held in
December 2013. The full list of constituents and target weights are detailed in the table below:
