DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the South African
Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 as amended, and section 3.83(b) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company has received formal notification in the
prescribed form that:

  - Cyrte Investments B.V. (“Cyrte”) has acquired an interest
    in the securities of the Company such that the total
    interest in the securities of the Company held by Cyrte
    amounts to 6.1% (previously 4.0%) of the total issued
    securities of that class in the share capital of the
    Company; and

  - Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited (“Coronation
    Asset Management”) on behalf of its various clients has
    disposed of an interest in the securities of the Company
    such that the total interest in the securities of the
    Company held by Coronation Asset Management amounts to
    18.75% (previously 21.5%) of the total issued securities of
    that class in the share capital of the Company.
