appointed as an Independent Director of Liberty Holdings Limited, effective
19 August 2013.

Ms Botha was previously the executive director of marketing for the MTN
Group. Currently she is the chairperson of Curro Holdings Limited and is a
non-executive director on the boards of Tiger Brands Limited, Imperial
Holdings Limited, Famous Brands Limited and Telkom Limited.
