CHANGE IN THE INDIRECT BENEFICIAL INTEREST OF A DIRECTOR

In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings requirements and 
following advice from the JSE, shareholders are advised that:

* Mr. DB Harington resigned as trustee of the Sonwe Familie 
Trust, which is a discretionary trust;

* Due to his resignation as trustee, Mr. Haringtons indirect 
shareholding in StratCorp has been reduced from 20 239 224 
shares to 6 747 882 shares, due to the fact that his wife is 
one of the beneficiaries of the Sonwe Familie Trust;

* The reduction in Mr. Haringtons shareholding is not a bona 
fide disposal but is the result of his resignation as trustee.
