On August 5, 2024, Powerfleet issued a press release regarding preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended
June 30, 2024 and preliminary pro forma results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 (assuming the Company's
business combination with MiX Telematics Limited ("MiX Telematics") closed April 1, 2023). A copy of the press

the preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024 and preliminary pro forma results for the
fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.
