its imminent expiry on 21 May 2024.
In the event that the price per Share is at or above the Adjusted Exercise Price per Share on the Expiry
Date, the Call will be automatically exercised and the Holders will be entitled to receive the linked
Shares.

In the event that the price per Share is below the Adjusted Exercise Price per Share on the Expiry Date,
the Call will not be exercised and the Holders will not be entitled to receive the linked Shares.

Holders of the abovementioned RDFIVD will be notified on Wednesday, 22 May 2024.
