Moody's Investor Services announced on 13 February 2024 that it has:

- downgraded the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A11 and TR5A12 notes to Aa2.za (sf), from Aaa.za
(sf);
- downgraded the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A21, TR5A31 and TR5A22 notes to A1.za (sf), from
Aaa.za (sf);
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A11 and TR5A12 notes to Ba2 (sf), from Ba1 (sf);
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TR5A21, TR5A31 and TR5A22 notes to Ba3 (sf), from Ba1
(sf);
- downgraded the National Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5B1 and TRA5B2 notes to B1.za (sf) from Baa3.za
(sf); and
- downgraded the Global Scale Ratings accorded to the TRA5B1 and TRA5B2 notes to Caa1 (sf) from B2 (sf)
