AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Further to the release of the Company's annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September
2023 on 27 November 2023, shareholders are advised that Zeda's Integrated Report for the year ended
30 September 2023, together with the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), is available on the
Company's website at www.zeda.co.za/investor

The notice of AGM has also been distributed to shareholders.
In the event that shareholders wish to receive an electronic or hard copy of the Zeda Integrated Report,
this can be requested from Investor Relations at investorrelations@zeda.co.za


Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Notice is hereby given that the second AGM of the shareholders of Zeda will be held virtually on
Tuesday, 19 March 2024 at 12:30 for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit, passing with or
without modification the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
