Marshall’s shareholders (“Shareholders”) are advised that the 2023 Annual Report, which includes the
Notice of AGM of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2023 has been mailed today, Wednesday, 28
June 2023 to Shareholders recorded in the register as at Thursday, 15 June 2023 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed results which were published on SENS on Wednesday, 21 June 2023.

Copies of the 2023 Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also available for downloading on the Company’s

Notice of AGM

The AGM of Marshall will be held at its registered office at 2nd Floor, Gaspé House, 66-72 Esplanade, St
Helier, Jersey, JE1 1GH on Friday, 15 September 2023 at 9:00am (UK time) 10:00 am (SA time) to transact
the business as stated in the Notice of AGM, forming part of the 2023 Annual Report.

Record dates

The date on which Shareholders of the Company must be recorded as such in the Company's securities
register in South Africa in order to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 8 September 2023. The last day to
trade in order to be entitled to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 5 September 2023. Proxy Forms must be lodged
by no later than 9:00am (UK time) 10:00 am (SA time) on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.
