Notification of a change in the shareholding of Globe Trade Centre S.A.


Management Board of Globe Trade Center S.A. ("Company") informs that on 5 January 2023 the Company
received a notification ("Notification") from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A.
managing Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("Allianz OFE") managing Allianz Polska Dobrowoly
Fundusz Emerytalny ( "Allianz DFE"), in which Allianz OFE and Allianz DFE inform that as a result of the
merger pursuant to Article 67 of the Act of 28 August 1997 on the organization and operation of pension
funds (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 105, as amended; "Act on Pension Funds") and Article 492 § 1
item 1 of the Commercial Companies Code, on 30 December 2022 with Aviva Powszechne Towarzystwo
Emerytalne Aviva Santander Spólka Akcyjna managing the Drugi Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz
Emerytalny ("Drugi Allianz OFE”), the share in the share capital and the total number of votes of Globe
Trade Center S.A. on the accounts of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE increased above
10%.

Before merger:
In total, 15,004,159 shares were registered on the accounts of Allianz OFE and Allianz DFE, constituting
2.61% of the share capital of the company, which gave the right to exercise 15,004,159 votes from shares
constituting 2.61% of the total number of votes at the AGM of the company. On the account of Drugi Allianz
OFE, 47,364,231 shares were registered, constituting 8.25% of the company's share capital, which gave
the right to exercise 47,364,231 votes from shares constituting 8.25% of the total number of votes at the
company's AGM.

After merger:
In total, the balance on the accounts of Allianz OFE, Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE increased to
62,368,390 shares, constituting 10.86% of the company's share capital, which gives the right to exercise
62,368,390 votes from shares constituting 10.86% of the share capital total number of votes at the AGM of
the company.

At the same time, Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Allianz Polska S.A., jointly managing Allianz OFE,
Allianz DFE and Drugi Allianz OFE, informs that:

    -   has no subsidiaries holding shares in the Company,
    -   the situation described in Art. 69 sec. 4 point 6 above. laws,
    -   it also does not have financial instruments referred to in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 1) and 2) of the above-
        mentioned Act.


Legal basis: Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the
Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and on Public Companies.
