Noteholders are advised that KAP has amended and restated the information statement in respect of
the ZAR10,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme (the “Information Statement”).
The amendments to the Information Statement primarily relate to updates of the following sections:
1. material risks relating to the Issuer’s business such as external risks and critical operational risks;
2. review of operations and description of business;
3. management strategy;
4. board of directors, company secretary and debt officer, including updates to the directors’
declarations;
5. corporate governance; and
6. Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment.
The updated Information Statement is available for inspection on the Issuers’ website at
