NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, debtholders are hereby
notified of the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 25 February
2022:

•   The resignation of Michael Ross as a Director of the Company to pursue other endeavors; and
•   The appointment of Philip Lochner CA(SA), replacing Michael Ross, as a Director of the Company.
