NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL RESULTS OF GUARANTOR

Noteholders are advised that Premium Properties’ guarantor, Octodec Investments Limited
(“Octodec”), has publicly released its reviewed provisional annual results for the year ended 31 August
2021 (“Octodec provisional results”) on 2 November 2021.

The Octodec provisional results are available for inspection at the registered address of the guarantor,
Octodec Investments Limited, at CPA House, 101 Du Toit Street, Tshwane, 0002.
