AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTORS’ ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2021

In accordance with paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are advised that
the audited annual financial statements of Discovery Vitality Proprietary Limited and Discovery Health
Proprietary Limited (the “Guarantors”) for the year ended 30 June 2021 (the “financial statements”) are
available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

Noteholders are advised that the audit reports on the Guarantors’ financial statements were unqualified, with
no modifications applicable.

Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise noteholders that there have been no restatements to the
previously published annual financial statements of the Guarantors for the year ended 30 June 2020.
