AMENDMENT OF THE KAP INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS LIMITED BOARD CHARTER

In accordance with paragraph 7.8 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that KAP Industrial Holdings Limited (the “Issuer”) has reviewed and amended its
board charter, which inter alia sets out the Issuer’s procedures regarding the nomination and
appointment of directors.
