Subject: Full repayment of the project loan related Galeria Pólnocna shopping mall
Further to current reports No. 30/2015 dated 19 August 2015, 32/2017 dated 6 December 2017, and
No. 17/2020 dated 15 July 2020 as well as current report No 24/2020 dated 17 September 2020, the
management board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) informs that Centrum Swiatowida sp.
z o.o., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary operating Galeria Pólnocna project, repaid the loan with
the outstanding amount of EUR 174,153,846 (one hundred seventy four million one hundred fifty three
thousand and eight hundred forty six), received from Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and Industrial and
Commercial Bank of China (Europe) S.A. (the “Loan”).
As a result of this repayment the Loan is fully repaid and Centrum Swiatowida Sp. z o.o has no further
obligations towards the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China
(Europe) S.A. arising from this loan agreement.
Legal grounds: Art. 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC
of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC
and 2004/72/EC – inside information.
