NOTEHOLDERS ARE ADVISED OF AN UPDATE TO THE INFORMATION STATEMENT

Pepkor advises noteholders that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the
Pepkor Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, has been updated. The update was made to
align disclosures on contingent liabilities pertaining to litigation with disclosures made in Pepkor's
2020 audited annual financial statements as published on 15 December 2020.

The updated Information Statement is available for inspection at Pepkor’s registered office and
