CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 6.39(b) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the
board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Kephas Brian Black
has retired from his position as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with
effect from 27 October 2020, in order to pursue other career interests.

The Board would like to thank Mr Black for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
