WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY RELATING TO THE CATEGORISATION OF THE DISPOSAL OF SAFIC
PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“SAFIC”)


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 6 April 2020 wherein they were
advised that the Company was in discussions with the JSE to determine the categorisation of the
proposed transaction to dispose of the Safic business. Shareholders are advised that the proposed
transaction is a Category 1 transaction and accordingly a circular giving full details of the proposed
transaction will be distributed to shareholders within 60 (sixty) days.
