ISSUE OF IBL132 SENIOR UNSECURED FLOATING RATE NOTES (“IBL132 NOTES”)

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of R225,000,000 (Two
Hundred and Twenty Five Million Rand) senior unsecured floating rate Notes (stock code
IBL132), under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share
Programme dated 10 December 2018.

The IBL132 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being 14 August 2019
with effect from commencement of trade.
