AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER

Prospective bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the Issuer for the year ended 30
September 2018 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office. The annual financial statements of
the Issuer have also been made available on their website at www.transactioncapital.co.za/transcap.php.

Prospective bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the annual financial statements of the Issuer
is unqualified, with no modifications applicable.

Furthermore, the Issuer wishes to advise prospective bondholders, in accordance with paragraph 7.17 of the
JSE Debt Listings Requirements, of a change to the designated audit partner of the Issuer’s auditor (Deloitte &
Touche) from Mr L Nunes to Mr P Stedall, due to work load balancing.
