The board of directors of Mainland (“Board”) wishes to inform the shareholders of Mainland and the general public
that the abridged audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 have been published.

Copies of the abridged audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2018 are available free of charge,
upon request at the registered office of the Company at c/o Intercontinental Fund Services Limited, Level 5, Alexander
House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius.

Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and a
secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
